I. Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dimensional Inspector Trainee to join our quality control team. As a Dimensional Inspector Trainee, you will learn to inspect and verify the dimensions of various products to ensure they meet customer and industry standards. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to build a career in quality control while developing strong technical skills and knowledge in the Aerospace industry.
II. Responsibilities:
Learn to measure and inspect products using various precision instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
Assist senior inspectors in verifying the dimensions of raw materials, components, and finished products.
Record inspection results accurately, documenting any deviations or non-conformities from specifications.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure products meet internal and external quality standards.
Participate in continuous training and development to improve inspection techniques and knowledge.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Support quality control efforts by communicating issues or concerns promptly to supervisors or senior inspectors.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the inspection process.
III. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to consistently delivering quality results.
Basic understanding of measuring tools and equipment is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
Ability to learn and apply new techniques quickly and efficiently.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
A positive attitude with a desire to grow within the company.
