Can Corporation of America is a leader in the manufacturing of steel cans used in the agriculture industry. We have an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Night Shift Quality Control Specialist. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in demonstrating attention to detail, teamwork, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform inspections, checks, and tests on various components and finished products based on SOPs.
Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures and audit standards.
Accurately document inspection and testing results daily.
Maintain controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to provide feedback to ensure quality standards are met.
Evaluate problems and recommend possible corrective actions.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in computer skills, including Excel and Word.
Be detail-oriented, methodical, and well-organized.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualification Requirements:
High School Diploma required
1–3 years of prior Quality Assurance experience
Mechanical aptitude needed
