QC In-line Inspector / Quality Control Inspector
Location: Fremont, CA (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months Contract-to-Hire
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM PST
- Swing Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM PST
Job Summary
We are seeking a QC In-line Inspector with quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will inspect products for defects, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support daily production goals.
Responsibilities
- Inspect products and materials for defects and specification compliance.
- Use inspection tools, gauges, calipers, micrometers, and microscopes.
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow quality procedures and safety standards.
- Support production and continuous quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good computer and data entry skills.
- Experience using precision inspection tools and microscopes.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Preferred: Experience with MIC hybrid circuit inspection or assembly, ISO 9000 environments, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
