Job Description:
The Quality Control Inspector responsibilities include performing inspection and quality services to ensure company products and processes meet customer, company, and regulatory specifications. This role supports company initiatives, assists the Quality Control Manager, and provides quality support to production operations.
Pay Range: $20.00 – $20.00 Per Hour
Shift: Inquire about shift availability
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Comply with all company quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
– Evaluate quality issues and make initial corrective action recommendations to management
– Participate in the development and revision of inspection-related SOPs
– Provide quality support to the production team as required
– Visually and physically inspect materials, components, subassemblies, assemblies, tools, and final products using blueprints, sketches, engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications
– Record inspection results to verify compliance with customer, company, and regulatory standards
– Troubleshoot inspection issues related to methods, procedures, plans, and details
– Perform product and process audits to verify system effectiveness
Job Requirements:
– Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
– Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, for report writing, work order analysis, and documentation
– Proficient English skills (read, write, speak, and understand)
– Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
– Strong commitment to the success of the organization
Physical Requirements:
– Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift and carry up to 25 lbs
– Ability to push, pull, twist, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crawl

Bonus Eligibility:
