Position Summary
As a Quality Engineer a successful candidate should have a strong understanding of current industry trends in functional testing, test automation and test data management techniques. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and leading test strategy discussions, ensuring test coverage for the newly created product features. Ensure that defined QA Processes are followed in all aspects of project (plan, design, implement, execute, evaluate). Prepare reports and results of software testing. A successful candidate must have strong communication skills, establish trust and build relationship with project stakeholders and team members (including offshore).
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
2+ years of Data migration testing experience with expertise in Functional, automation, DB validations(SQL) and API testing
2+ years of experience working in organizations following Agile practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of Testing work and defect cycle process
Time management and organizational skills
Able to work under high-pressure environments and simultaneously lead multiple projects
Working with offshore teams
Good communication and presentation skills
Healthcare Experience related to Care management ingestions and Auth management/workflow
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 – $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
