- Makes sure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Finds problems such as cracks, dents, or incorrect sizes.
- Records test results and reports issues to supervisors or engineers immediately.
- Works with others like production teams to fix problems and improve quality.
- Ensures all products follow Company policies and industry regulations.
- Keeps inspection areas clean and organized.
- Follows safety guidelines while working or handling tools and materials.
- Completes inspection reports and checklists.
- Tracks defective products and suggests improvements.
- Maintains proper records for audits and quality reviews.
- Uses the Company related software and applications professionally.
- Performs any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Experience using measuring tools and testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
