Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within our organization, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of quality systems, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements. The Quality AM will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 13485 standards.
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines.
Analyze data from quality inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Oversee the use of vision inspection systems to ensure product integrity.
Coordinate training programs for staff on quality standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain documentation related to quality processes, audits, and inspections.
Skills
Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 standards and HACCP principles.
Experience conducting quality audits in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines and precision measuring instruments.
Ability to operate vision inspection systems effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
