Job Description
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. You will inspect raw materials, document defects, and verify packaging materials and finished products for accuracy in weights, labels, color, and odor. Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential in documenting quality checks at each step and reviewing batching records.
Responsibilities
Inspect raw materials and document defects.
Inspect blending, packaging, and filling lines before production to ensure cleanliness.
Verify correct use of all packaging materials and ensure information accuracy.
Inspect finished products for weights, labels, color, odor, etc., before palletizing and shipment.
Document all quality checks at every stage of production.
Review batching records and document necessary information.
Essential Skills
Experience in quality inspection.
Knowledge of quality control and assurance processes.
Ability to perform quality checks throughout production.
Experience inspecting coffee cleaning products, including powder blending and tablet production.
Proficiency in ensuring quality processes in packaging, such as k-cups and powder bags.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Quality Assurance.
Skills in Quality Inspections.
Work Environment
This position is on the 2nd shift, with potential training on 1st shift. Shift hours may vary depending on production scheduling, starting at 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., or 5:00 p.m. The schedule includes a 30-minute lunch break and a 10-minute break.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range is $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, which may vary based on employment status. Benefits may include:
