Quality Control Inspector – CMM & Romer Arm Experience
The Bradley Group is hiring an experienced Quality Control Inspector for a manufacturing client in the Triad area. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented quality professional with hands-on experience using CMM and Romer Arm equipment.
Pay Rate: $19.83/hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional, visual, and final inspections of manufactured parts.
- Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Use a Romer Arm/portable CMM for dimensional inspections.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
- Identify defects and quality issues and communicate findings to production.
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records.
- Work with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns.
- Ensure products meet established specifications and quality standards.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Quality Control/Quality Inspector experience required.
- CMM experience required.
- Romer Arm experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of dimensional measurement and tolerances.
- GD&T knowledge preferred.
- Manufacturing or machining experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
