E-Merge Resources LLC is currently hiring dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for immediate 1st shift opening at an automotive parts manufacturing facility in Hebron, OH
This position involves inspecting automotive components to identify defects and ensure parts meet established quality standards. Previous quality inspection experience is not required — training is provided.
Shift Schedule
1st Shift: 6:50 AM – 3:20 PM
Responsibilities
- Visually inspect automotive parts and components for defects, damage, and irregularities
- Identify cosmetic and manufacturing quality concerns
- Sort and separate nonconforming or defective parts
- Follow established inspection procedures and work instructions
- Report quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all facility safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the scheduled shift
- Ability to perform repetitive inspection and sorting tasks
- Ability to safely handle and move automotive parts as required by the assignment
- Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required
- Reliable transportation to Hebron, OH
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be available to start immediately
