We are looking to expand our quality control team with a level one quality control inspector. Primarily, QC level 1 will be responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections of products and components throughout the manufacturing process. The inspector will ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards and dimensional accuracy, while identifying any defects and reporting non-conformance to management.
Pay and Benefits:
$20- $22 an hour with OT opportunities. Full and Part-Time Positions Available

Desired skills:
Level 1 or better QC experience and training
Understanding of basic QC and QA principles
Basic understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret engineering documents, blueprints, and specifications
General knowledge of the function and nomenclature surrounding night vision systems
Strictly adhere to the established quality control processes and procedures
Attention to detail and holds the ability to carefully inspect products for any forms of defects, ensuring proper assembly process
Accurately document inspections, data and defects
Ability to use basic measuring tools while following quality control principles
Efficient and organized work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
Self-motivated, with the desire to learn and grow within this role
Possesses critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to changes within a dynamic work environment
Education/ Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent level of education/abilities, while being driven to learn and grow within our company for long term success. Individuals who have experience with quality assurance and quality control are encouraged to apply.
