Supreme Rice is looking for aQuality Control Inspector in our Rough Rice department in Mermentau. This position grades rice and inspects product for quality and food safety issues.
Must havegood attention to detail, familiarity with computers and able to work in a dusty environment. This position typically works 7am to 6pm M-F and some Saturdays.
Duties
Inspect product, weigh, sample and grade grain with good attention to detail and in a neat and organized way
Ability to read charts
Report all food safety issues to supervisor to initiate action
