Quality Control Lab Technician 2nd Shift Jobs in Willoughby, OH at Paulo Products Company
Principal Role: To contribute to the QC team by conducting QC inspections as dictated by the associated job router. Primary function of this employee will be to ensure all inspections that involve threading are completed as scheduled.
Essential Duties:
Product Inspection, including but not limited to:
API Threads (8rd, 10rd, & Buttress)
NPT threads
Water and Oil field downhole screens
Material Traceability Reports
Various Dimensional Inspections
Reading and Understanding Engineering Drawings
Verification of dimensions with optical comparator
Completing inspection documentation for record retention
Assist with the Safety Program as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Education & Training:
High School Diploma
2yrs experience in a QC role
Familiarity with Global Shop ERP System
Knowledge of API 5CT & API spec 5B
Gage Maker experience a plus
Veteran Status a Plus
ASQ Certs a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.55 – $23.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
