Responsibilities:
– Conduct laboratory tests in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
– Perform data collection
– Ensure adherence to quality control and quality assurance protocols
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory procedures and results
– Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods
– Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize laboratory processes
– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
– Associates degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biology, chemistry, microbiology) or working toward a degree.
– Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred
– Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
– Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
