This is a established Medical Device manufacturer with a focus on patient-first innovation. With operations spanning multiple regions, they are currently looking for support within their Quality department.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead Quality Control operations at their Denmark site, while also supporting activities in other regions. This role is critical in resolving current lab bottlenecks and establishing a scalable, forward-thinking QC strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily QC lab activities and identifying optimisation opportunities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Implementing robust long-term planning to streamline QC processes.
Proactively resolving operational challenges while ensuring regulatory compliance.
This is a chance to have a hands-on impact across global lab operations.
Requirements
Solid experience leading and managing QC lab environments.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Demonstrated track record in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving QC issues.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Experience in regulated industries (ideally MedTech, pharma, or similar).
Timelines
