Role Description
The Quality Control Lead will oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure the highest standards in manufacturing automatic FDAS & FDSS for automotive environments. Key responsibilities include monitoring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), conducting quality audits, managing quality documentation, and enforcing quality management best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasai, requiring hands-on oversight of quality systems and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
- Experience with Quality Management systems and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Skilled in conducting Quality Audits to ensure regulatory compliance and improve processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of fire safety or automotive industry standards is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in Automotive Sector
