Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Quality Control Manager will oversee the quality assurance and control processes, evaluate and improve manufacturing operations to ensure the highest standards, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing quality protocols, conducting audits and inspections, and managing testing procedures. The role involves deploying corrective actions, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with the operations and R&D teams to ensure product excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in quality assurance practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Experience in manufacturing operations, production processes, and quality control systems
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for process improvement and identify root causes of defects
- Proficiency in conducting audits, developing quality protocols, and implementing corrective actions
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Experience working in an ISO, GMP, or CE-certified environment is an advantage
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Familiarity with cold chain processes, packaging solutions, or pharmaceutical industry quality requirements is a plus
