&T Express Egypt is looking for a Quality Control Manager to lead our Quality function and drive operational excellence across the network.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Lead and manage the QC team and ensure effective performance & development
• Monitor end-to-end parcel transit time, backlog, and operational performance
• Drive mis-sorting control and reduce operational errors
• Conduct compliance audits and identify operational non-compliance
• Lead investigations related to damage, loss, claims, and data anti-fraud
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA
• Analyze customer complaints and identify systemic quality issues
• Develop and implement network-wide SOPs and quality standards
• Ensure internal audit and ISO 9001 compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel/team management
• Strong background in Quality Control / Quality Assurance, preferably within logistics, shipping, or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple quality initiatives across a large operational network
