Purpose of the position
1.Test Anomaly Analysis & Process Improvement: Investigate root causes of misreads, monitor yield/UPH (Units Per Hour), drive resolution of defects, and communicate with clients for critical issues.
2.Production Standardization & Equipment Validation: Define standardized procedures for mass production and equipment maintenance, evaluate testing tools/consumables, and implement software upgrades.
3.Client Collaboration & Validation Support: Coordinate Design of Experiments (DOE) verification, provide feedback reports, and align production processes with client requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Analyze and execute effective improvements for test measurement anomalies.
2.Monitor test yield and UPH (units per hour), drive anomaly resolution, and implement improvements.
3.Provide feedback to customers on major test anomalies and follow up on resolution results.
4.Define standardized procedures for production line processes and machine maintenance.
5.Support customers in DOE (Design of Experiments) validation and provide validation reports.
Education and work experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in the electronics industry.
Degree required: Electronic information engineering or Telecommunications Engineering
Working conditions
Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
Skills:
1.Familiar with electronic circuit principles. Experience in Layout and PCB board design is preferred. Familiarity with mobile device testing principles is a plus.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution and communication skills, able to handle work pressure, and a team player.
3. Proficient in using office software and capable of creating and presenting reports.
