Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Quality Control Manager
to oversee and implement
quality assurance
and control processes for
data center and other large construction
projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction quality management, a deep understanding of industry standards, and the ability to ensure compliance with project specifications,
safety protocols
, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures specific to data center construction.
Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure project compliance with specifications and standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to identify and resolve quality issues.
Maintain and update quality documentation, including reports, checklists, and corrective action plans.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and best practices (ISO, ANSI, ASHRAE, etc.).
Train and mentor construction teams on quality control processes and best practices.
Work closely with clients and regulatory bodies to address quality concerns and ensure project expectations are met.
Investigate and address non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction quality control, with a focus on data center projects.
In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, MEP systems, and industry standards.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in quality management software and reporting tools.
Certification in quality control or construction management (e.g., CQM, ASQ, or similar) is a plus.
