Quality Control Manager
Pay: $80,000 per Year
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated O.O.B(Out of Box) test Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of testers, overseeing the testing process of all products before they are released to customers, and ensuring that our products meet or exceed our quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of testers to ensure that all products undergo thorough testing before release
- Develop and implement testing processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and product management, to identify and resolve issues and bugs in the testing process
- Monitor and analyze testing results to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure that all testing equipment and tools are properly maintained and calibrated
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Communicate testing results and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain test procedures and policies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Manage and train testers, including test scheduling, and performance management
- Continuously evaluate and improve test processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing, including experience in managing a team of testers
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
