Responsibilities
Oversee quality control processes and procedures for federal construction projects.
Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards.
Conduct inspections and audits to assess quality performance.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with project teams to address quality issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in quality control within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of federal construction requirements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
