Quality Control Manager – Fluid Control Industry
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our manufacturing team in the fluid control industry.
The ideal candidate will ensure our products meet high standards of quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications.
Write, update, and manage quality manuals and documentation in accordance with ISO 9001.
Conduct audits, inspections, and testing to verify product quality and drive continuous improvement.
Train staff on quality control procedures and maintain accurate records for compliance.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in quality control within manufacturing, preferably in fluid control (valves, pumps, or related components).
Proven expertise in ISO standards and writing comprehensive quality manuals.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection techniques, and quality assurance methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
