Quality Control Manager | QC Manager | QA/QC Manager | Pipe Fabrication | AWS CWI | ASME
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QC Manager / QA/QC Manager) with 5+ years of QA/QC experience in welding and pipe fabrication to lead quality operations in an ASME-certified pipe fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), ASME Section IX, WPS, PQR, WPQ, pipe fabrication quality control, welding inspection, NDE coordination (RT, UT, PT, MT), hydrostatic testing, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), SDR documentation, material traceability, MTR reconciliation, coating inspection, DFT measurement, root cause analysis, CAPA, blueprint reading, isometric drawings, and ASME code compliance (B31.1, B31.3, B31.8, API 1104). Experience supporting refining, chemical, power, EPC, or industrial fabrication projects is highly preferred.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
