Job Description / Responsibility
We are a leading Garments Buying House looking for an experienced, dynamic, and proactive Quality Control (QC) Officer/Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards of garments from production to final delivery, handling all technical aspects, and resolving quality issues efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all quality control processes throughout the production cycle.
- Hand-on experience in managing and maintaining QC Files, tech packs, approved samples, and related documentation.
- Conduct inline, pre-final, and final inspections according to buyer standards and AQL levels.
- Identify quality risks/defects early in production and take immediate corrective and preventive actions.
- Solve any technical or quality-related issues independently and efficiently.
- Maintain strong coordination between the merchandising team, factory QC teams, and buyers.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: technical knowledge of garment production, knowledge of quality control, quality control, garment manufacturing, garment industry knowledge, quality inspection, garment production, textile inspection, supplier quality management
