Overview:
Provides technical expertise and operational support for QC laboratory functions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform compendial assessments to meet regulatory and pharmacopeia standards
- Author/review SOPs, protocols, and analytical methods
- Lead analytical method onboarding, including planning, training, and documentation
- Manage qualification of materials, instruments, and equipment
- Oversee change control processes and risk assessments
- Drive CAPA management and timely closure of quality events
- Serve as SME for troubleshooting and technical guidance
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with global teams
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Conduct data trending and performance analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field
- 4+ years in pharma or regulated industry
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of QC lab operations and regulatory requirements (cGMP)
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced statistical analysis skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
