About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quality Control (QC) Associate to join our growing fashion team. This role is crucial in ensuring that every garment meets our brand’s standards before reaching our customers. You’ll be responsible not only for inspecting products but also for assisting in fulfilling customer orders with care and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect garments for quality, stitching, sizing accuracy, fabric consistency, and overall finish
Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies to the QC Supervisor/Production Team
Ensure all products meet our brand’s quality standards before packing
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
Handle products with care to maintain quality throughout the packing and shipping process
Support inventory checks, stock management, and restocking as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient QC and packing area
Work closely with the production, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in quality control or order fulfillment, preferably in fashion or retail
Strong attention to detail and a good eye for quality and design
Ability to work efficiently and manage time in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of garment construction and sizing is a plus
Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
