Full Job Description
We are hiring for a Quality Control Reliever 3rd Shift in the city of Buena Park, CA for a bottling company that is responsible for performing daily production line quality control functions and documentations.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
11:00pm to 7:00am
JOB DUTIES:
Prepare machine for operation according to SOP.
Regulate machine by setting and adjusting controls according to SOP.
Maintain specification by observing operations, detecting malfunctions and adjusting controls.
Perform necessary machine adjustments and troubleshooting to ensure quality and quantity standards are being produced.
Complete production documentation ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
Maintain QC training/certification from Ameripec QA department.
Other duties may be assigned as needed
SKILLS/QUALIFICATION:
Dependable
Good judgment
Ability to follow safe practices and procedures
Ability to work in heat and cold environment
Ability to lift 40lbs
Physical ability to climb ladders and stairs
Ability to stand for entire shift
Must be available to work mandatory weekends (during season)
Team oriented.
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year experience in manufacturing environment – Quality Control experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.60 per hour
