We are looking for a junior Quality Control Specialist at a manufacturing company located in Naples. Reporting to a Quality Manager, the candidate will be responsible for identifying quality risks for new products and managing quality validation phases throughout the product development lifecycle.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND RELATED ACTIVITIES
Oversee and mitigate quality risks associated with new product development.
Manage quality validation phases during the development process, including risk analysis and defining the action plan during the industrialization phase.
Collaborate with the Manager and Headquarters to create Acceptance Documents for new products, defining quality criteria.
Support the Manager in the industrialization of new products.
STRATEGY AND MAIN TASKS
Integrate quality considerations from the early stages of the product development cycle to prevent problems;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the plant's product development processes from a quality perspective.
Manage supplier training prior to launch to clarify work instructions and customer quality criteria.
Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation techniques (e.g., FMEA).
Ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
Experience in creating technical documentation, such as acceptance files.
Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
