Compensation:
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
401(k) with company match available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on eligibility dates
Highlights:
This is a contract assignment with the potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs
Work Schedule:
8-hour shifts, start time between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (
flexibility
required for training)
Location:

Assignment Length: 6 months (no guarantee of extension)
Interviews:
In-person
Responsibilities:
Perform routine QC testing following standard ELISA or CBA protocols
Work with human blood, mammalian cell cultures, and/or animal tissues
Analyze data, report test results, and maintain accurate documentation
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
Prepare lab supplies and reagents
Maintain compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards
Participate in cross-training and interdepartmental projects
Ensure
quality control
protocols are met and report any discrepancies
Requirements:
BS/BA/MS in a related scientific discipline OR some science-related college coursework
Minimum 2 years of lab experience (combination of school and industry accepted)
Experience with
ELISA or CBA required
Preferred experience with Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, and Cell/Tissue Culture
Strong computer skills (MS Windows, databases, and information management systems)
Ability to follow procedures and maintain detailed records
