Quality Control Specialist – Zawya Coffee House
Zawya Coffee House is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to ensure the highest standards in our coffee, sandwiches, and desserts. If you have a passion for excellence and an eye for detail, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the quality of all beverages, sandwiches, and desserts to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to maintain product standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for food and beverage preparation.
• Train baristas and kitchen staff on best practices for preparation, handling, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Work closely with suppliers to maintain the quality of ingredients.
• Monitor customer feedback and make improvements based on insights.
Qualifications:
• Experience in quality control, food and beverage, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing, food preparation, and presentation standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
