Responsibilities
Perform quality control on purchased and in-house manufactured components in line with company standards
Track non-conformities, prepare reports, and ensure corrective actions are completed on time
Develop proposals to address non-conformities and improve quality control processes
Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) according to company procedures, and create test reports
Maintain and enhance quality systems, standards, and documentation
Participate in product testing and collaborate with teams to uphold a reputation for professionalism and cooperation
Requirements
At least 2+ years experience in quality control or related roles in manufacturing company
Fluent English and Latvian language
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of quality systems and documentation
Engineering knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
Ability to understand technical documentation and drawings
Familiarity with FAT/SAT testing processes will considered as advantage
