[Position Overview]
The Quality Control Specialist – Customer Service will monitor and improve customer service quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
1. Job Description
- Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions and performance.
- Conduct quality checks and provide feedback to customer service teams.
- Identify service gaps and recommend improvement actions.
- Handle customer service compliance and process control.
- Prepare quality reports and performance analysis.
2. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service quality control, QA, or related roles.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in customer service operations or contact center environment is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills; local language is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
3. Benefits
- Salary: 26,100 – 41,000 DKK gross/month.
- Detailed compensation to be discussed in the interview.
4. Other Informations.
- Working Location: Helseholmen 31-39, Hvidovre.
- Working Hours: 40 hours/week, office time.
