Responsibilities
Conduct inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Analyze blueprints and schematics to verify that work is being completed according to specifications.
Assist in quality control processes by identifying defects or issues in construction work.
Collaborate with construction management teams to address any discrepancies found during inspections.
Document findings and prepare reports on inspection results for review by senior inspectors or management.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge of construction practices and inspection techniques.
Experience
Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is preferred.
Basic understanding of construction management principles and practices.
Experience in quality control or construction inspection is a plus but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions effectively.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting findings.
