Overview
We are seeking to speak with detail-oriented and motivated QC Technicians / Analysts regarding multiple opportunities we are working on here at Discover International, from traditional pharma all the way to innovative biotech we are experiencing a high demand for QC professionals!
Locations include; Hesse. North Rhine Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Baden Württemberg.
Typical responsibilities include:
Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Conduct analytical tests using HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, and other lab instruments.
Perform microbiological testing, including environmental monitoring and sterility testing (if applicable).
Prepare test solutions, reagents, and lab samples following SOPs.
Document test results accurately in lab notebooks, LIMS, and batch records.
Assist in investigating out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results.
Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab equipment to ensure accuracy.
Support stability testing and environmental monitoring programs.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, FDA, EMA, and other regulatory requirements.
Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Follow all laboratory safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist in method validation and transfer projects.
Train new team members on lab procedures and QC practices.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated QC laboratory or life sciences industry.
Fluent in German
