We are a residential and commercial cleaning company looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about training and ensuring quality control in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is accountable, detail-oriented, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of our team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct one on one training sessions with technicians to ensure they are performing at the highest level
Perform 5 inspections per day to ensure quality control standards are being met
Develop and implement training programs to enhance technician skills and knowledge
Communicate effectively with team members and provide leadership and support as needed
Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to technicians and management
Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall success of the team
Requirements:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Fluent in English and Spanish
Previous experience in training and quality control
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
