Responsibilities :
Formulate and continuously optimize Pre-Delivery Inspection standards.
Conduct thorough analyses of Pre-Delivery Inspection related issues occurring on-site. Determine root causes and assign responsibility to relevant departments.
Supervise daily warehouse maintenance activities and promptly report any issues.
Collect, analyze and summarize customer complaints. Determine responsibility, coordinate corrective actions, ensure timely and effective feedback to both internal teams and customers.
Oversee and manage third-party body repair suppliers to ensure service quality.
Report production-related quality issues to headquarters and track resolution progress to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Automotive Pre-Delivery Inspection, maintenance or repair.
Strong technical competence and product knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively to achieve common goals.
Highly adaptable and capable of handling dynamic work environments and shifting priorities.
