Job Summary
The QC supervisor helps to ensure that all operations meet the highest quality standards on the production line; inspects materials and products being produced to ensure that all products meet requirements and recommends training where needed.
Responsibilities :
- Make sure production meets customer approval sample criteria
- Making sure that employees are following procedures and standards.
- Ensure that packaging meets customer criteria as per account manager.
- Provide quality inspection in every step of production and oversee the auditors that are doing the inspections.
- Ensure final inspections are completed before finalizing orders and shipping to customers & service exceeds expectations.
- Monitor staff and make sure that proper production processes are being completed and provide training where needed.
Skills/abilities
- Previous experience leading quality in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Experience in the apparel industry strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Print processes and standards preferred
- Must be able to differentiate colors and read fine print.
- Attention to detail and eye for misprints, damages, and color variation.
- Excellent Organizational skills including time management and multitasking.
- Quick Decision-making ability to react and resolve issues on the spot.
- Ability to collaborate with Production leadership and employees to resolve quality issues.
Pay: $48,723.21 – $58,677.41 per year
