About Us: Mulgrew Aircraft Components specializes in the machining and forming of long, narrow aluminum extrusions such as seat tracks, chords, stringers, spars, longerons, beams and braces up to 40 ft. in length. In addition we perform a wide range of conventional and CNC machining on parts such as flap and slat track, fittings, brackets, stiffeners and doublers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise Quality Control/Inspection Department
- Familiarity with AS9102 First Article Requirements
- Maintain filing system and database for all quality documents, such as Quality Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions, Certifications, etc.
- Using customer portals via internet to upload required documents.
- Filing/Scanning documents
- Prepare quality document packages for customers and update customers with status of document revisions and changes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong knowledge of AS9102
- Ability to read and understand blueprint and specification
- Strong knowledge of AS9100
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with Raw material certs, Process certs and test reports
Job Qualifications: 2-5 years experience in an aerospace manufacturing Quality Control environment.
- Knowledge/experience with Office suit such as Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle a wide variety of situations and be responsible for time sensitive material in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while working in a team environment.
Salary range for this position is $30.00 – $40.00 an hour depending on experience.
