Tasks
- Complete quality control checklists for each concrete structure that is produced in your shop
- Monitor employees in the shop to ensure efficiency and accountability
- Assist with the training of employees in shop
- Report employee and quality issues appropriately
- Practice constructive communication both verbal and written
- Requirements: Ability to lead a team, ability to follow directions, ability to work independently and with others across departments.
