Role Overview
Primary Function: We’re looking for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead quality initiatives and ensure our products consistently meet the standards of safety, quality, and excellence.
In this role, you will oversee the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Quality Control and Food Safety programs across our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines while fostering a strong culture of quality throughout the plant.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the food manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety Systems, GMP, HACCP, SSOP, and quality management principles
- Hands-on experience in product testing, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality data analysis
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quality reporting tools
- Willing to work on a 12-hour shifting schedule
- Willing to be assigned in Magalang, Pampanga
