Are you an experienced quality professional with a background in warehouse operations or food distribution? We’re seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead our quality team and help ensure products meet the highest standards for safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise daily quality control operations in a fast-paced distribution center.
- Lead and support the QC team by assigning work, coaching employees, and monitoring performance.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and company food safety and quality standards.
- Investigate quality concerns, customer complaints, and product discrepancies.
- Analyze quality trends and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with operations to improve order accuracy and overall efficiency.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in quality control, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or food distribution.
- Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety practices preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Work in a distribution center environment with varying temperatures and conditions.
