Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves developing and implementing quality systems, conducting quality audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve processes. The Quality Engineer will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and HACCP while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and systems.
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
Perform quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to identify defects or areas for improvement.
Analyze data related to product quality and performance, providing actionable insights for enhancement.
Collaborate with project management teams to integrate quality considerations into project planning and execution.
Facilitate training sessions on quality assurance practices for team members.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, findings from audits, and recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting quality standards.

Experience

Proven experience in quality engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of QA/QC methodologies.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and HACCP principles is highly desirable.
Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
