Job Description
Job Title: Cyara Tester
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cyara Tester to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining test scripts using the Cyara platform to ensure high-quality voice and digital customer engagement experiences. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and operations teams to validate telephony systems, IVRs, chatbots, and end-to-end contact center workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using the Cyara platform.
Execute and manage functional, regression, and performance tests for IVR and voice systems.
Analyze test results and create detailed bug reports using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand test requirements and expected customer experience outcomes.
Conduct root cause analysis of issues and work with engineering teams to resolve defects.
Integrate Cyara tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation of CX systems.
Monitor test runs and provide daily/weekly status reports to QA leads and project managers.
Maintain and update test documentation, test plans, and test cases.
