We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to support quality testing and laboratory operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Perform quality control testing on in-process and finished products.
- Conduct laboratory testing for Lateral Flow, ELISA, and Molecular products.
- Perform final product release testing.
- Troubleshoot technical and quality issues.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Calibrate laboratory instruments.
- Review production batch records.
- Maintain accurate testing records and documentation.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and laboratory procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in:
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Life Sciences
- Biotechnology
- Microbiology
- Biomedical Sciences
- Or a related scientific field
OR
- Equivalent laboratory or quality control experience.
- Minimum 1 year of laboratory or quality control experience.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to follow laboratory procedures and SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in regulated laboratory or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of GMP and GLP.
- Experience with FDA, ISO, or USDA regulated environments.
- ELISA assay experience.
- Pipetting experience.
- Experience using pH meters.
- Laboratory equipment calibration.
- Data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency.
