Job Description:
Dejavoo Systems is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (QA) to support the testing and release of our products, applications, solutions, and systems. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards before reaching the market. You will collaborate closely with QA team members and Engineering teams while reporting directly to the QA Manager. Your responsibilities will focus on driving quality improvements, optimizing testing processes, and enhancing product reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and refine QA strategies, test plans, and procedures to ensure thorough testing of Dejavoo products.
Execute and manage manual and automated testing to verify product performance, reliability, and functionality.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues.
Monitor and enhance the software release process to ensure timely, high-quality product launches.
Identify and apply best practices to improve QA efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze and report QA metrics, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in quality assurance, ideally in software, hardware, or payment systems.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Hands-on experience with both manual testing and test automation frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and lead when needed.

Pay: $23.73 – $26.05 per hour
