Supplier Quality Engineer
Location: Greensboro, NC
Role Summary:
As a Supplier Quality Engineer within the Supply Network Resiliency (SNR) group, you will manage supplier performance and resolve quality, delivery, and production issues. You will focus on improving supplier systems, addressing production bottlenecks, and ensuring a continuous supply of parts to North American facilities. The role also involves collaborating across global teams and supporting resourcing activities when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze supplier capacity, identify weaknesses, and implement solutions.
Monitor high-risk suppliers to prevent disruptions.
Provide technical assistance to improve supplier production systems.
Drive supplier problem-solving and operational excellence.
Collaborate with global teams and escalate critical issues when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience: 3+ years in supplier quality, manufacturing, or supply chain (automotive or heavy truck preferred).
Skills: Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Other: Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to travel on short notice.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
