Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection processes. This position requires a strong understanding of quality control methodologies, precision measuring instruments, and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Duties
- Conduct quality inspections using various methods, including vision inspection systems and coordinate measuring machines.
- Analyze test results and ensure that products meet specified quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, optical comparator, and gages to perform measurements accurately.
- Document findings and maintain records of measurements, quality audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality control or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Minitab & Gauge R&R software for measurement analysis is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software is a plus. Including Access.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to report findings clearly and effectively.

Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour
