Position Summary: As a Quality Control Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You’ll inspect components before assembly, analyze trial products during development, and test finished goods. Your findings will be crucial in certifying or rejecting products, solving production issues, and driving continuous improvement.

Conduct press checks, dock audits, and product verifications with precision.
Drive Excellence:
Perform internal ISO audits, manage PPAP documentation, and lead small group re-pack projects.
Innovate and Improve:
Write quality alerts, maintain our Quality Management System, and perform work instruction audits.
Collaborate and Lead:
May assist managers in training new associates, support the Quality Manager on various projects, and analyze process data for continuous improvement.
Variety of Duties:
Prepare inspection plans, evaluate quality costs, and much more.
What We’re Looking For:
Expertise:
Working knowledge of Quality System Regulations, ISO standards, and inspection methods.
Experience with ISO procedures and internal auditing.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Great Communicator:
Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or three to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
Bonus Points:
Experience in an auto manufacturing environment and bilingual abilities in Spanish.
Integrity:
Must pass a drug test and background check.
