Job Title: Quality Technician
Duties:
– Perform quality inspections on in-process production and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
– Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machine to perform accurate measurements and inspections.
– Fabricate and maintain inspection fixtures and gauges.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
– Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and generate reports for management review.
– Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
Experience:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
– Strong knowledge of quality systems, QA/QC principles, and quality control methodologies.
Skills:
– Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities.
– Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
